Lower floor: shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating, boiler (150 litres). Upper floor: open mezzanine with 2 beds (140 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), loggia. Nice view of the mountains. Available: high chair, cot for children up to 2 years (extra), hairdryer. Please note: non-smoking flat. Maximum 1 animal/dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Important: the kitchen runs on gas, it is possible to cook on the wood stove. Electricity source limited to a maximum of 2 kW h.
