The residence
Our “Rustico Conceprio & Sauna” is situated in the middle of a meadow in a quiet and very sunny location.
The contemporary renovated rustic house has three floors and can accommodate a family or a couple. Open plan with kitchen and living room with fireplace. Attic floor with 2 or 4 beds. Ground floor with double bedroom, bathroom with bath and sauna room.
We provide our guests with bed linen, towels and toiletries.
For those who like to be surrounded by nature and need peace and quiet. Parking within the property 20 metres from the house

The structure
This is a detached house, in the middle of a large meadow, can accommodate 4 – 6 people located above the village of Corzoneso Alto at 700m. Access by car throughout the year. Own uncovered parking space about 15 metres from the house.
Exclusive use plot of approx. 500 m², unfenced, sloping position, wooded, with manicured lawn and natural grassland, forest and stream 50 m away.
Underfloor heating and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island and the wooden table seats about 6 people.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a TV with international TV channels and a WiFi connection. The wood-burning fireplace will warm you up when you are in this area (wood is available to guests for a fee).
On the attic floor there is an open room with a double bed and the possibility of adding another 2 single beds (ideal for families with small children) and a cot.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, a bathroom with WC and bath. In contact with the bathroom there is a small sauna at the guests’ disposal. On this floor there is a washing machine.
